    We know life happens! Our policies are designed to balance flexibility with fairness so we can deliver the best experience to all our guests.

    Cancellations & Refunds

    • More than 30 days before your party:
      Full refund (minus merchant processing and booking fees).

    • 15–29 days before your party:
      50% refund OR one-time reschedule (must be rebooked within 60 days).

    • 4–14 days before your party:
      No refund. One-time reschedule allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice.

    • Less than 72 hours before your party:
      No refund. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and discretion.

    Weather / Emergency Exceptions

    In cases of inclement weather or documented emergencies, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event at no penalty. Please contact us as early as possible.

  • Rescheduling Terms

    • Reschedules must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

    • Only one reschedule per booking is permitted.

    • Rescheduled parties must occur within 60 days of the original booking.

    • No refunds will be issued after a reschedule.

Paint Splatter FAQs

  • A Paint Splatter Room is a creative and fun space where you can throw, splash, and splatter paint to create unique art. It's a great way to express yourself and have fun with friends and family.

  • Absolutely! You create your masterpiece on a canvas that you can take home as a keepsake.

  • You book a session, arrive at our location, gear up with protective clothing, choose your paint colors, and start splattering paint on the walls, canvas, or each other.

  • Safety is our top priority. We use non-toxic, washable paints that are safe for both children and adults. The paint easily washes off skin and most clothing.

    Additionally, we follow all necessary safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.

  • For safety and consistency, we only allow the use of our provided paints.

    If you have non-toxic paints you wish to donate please email us Contact@chaoscornerva.com and let us know what you have!

  • Wear comfortable, breathable, old clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting paint on. We provide protective gear, including coveralls, shoe covers, and goggles to help keep you clean.

    • All participants must sign a waiver before engaging in any activity.

    • Waivers are provided digitally and should be completed before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in..

    • Booking party hosts will receive a waiver link to share with their guests.

    • Guests without a completed waiver in advance may cause delays and/or will not be allowed to participate.

    Age Requirements & Minor Waivers

    • Participants must be 5 years or older to take part in paint splatter activities.

    • Minors under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before participating.

    • The waiver will be sent with your booking confirmation and can be completed online.

    • We encourage all waivers to be completed prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

    • For safety reasons, children under 5 are not permitted in the splatter room area.

  • Age Requirements, Waivers & Supervision

    🎨 Paint Splatter Room

    • Participants must be 5 years or older.

    • Minors under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

    • We recommend one adult chaperone per 5 minors for group events.

    • Children under 5 are not permitted in the splatter area for safety reasons.

    • Waivers should be completed online prior to arrival to speed up check-in.

    🔨 Smash Room

    • Participants must be 10 years or older to enter the smash room.

    • Minors aged 10–17 must have:

      • A parent/guardian-signed waiver, and

      • A parent or legal guardian present during the activity — no drop-offs allowed.

    • We require one adult chaperone per 3 minors in the smash room for group bookings.

    • Proper attire and safety gear must be worn at all times.

    • Waivers should be completed online prior to arrival to speed up check-in.

  • No-Shows & Late Arrivals

    • If your group does not arrive within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time with no prior contact, your event will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued..

      • Mobile parties may start with partial attendance as decided by the party host

    • If you arrive late, your event may still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid overlap with other guests.

Smash Room FAQs

  • A Smash Room, also known as a Rage Room, is a safe space where people can relieve stress and have fun by smashing various items like wooden furniture, glass, plates, and more!

  • You book a session, arrive at our location, choose your smashing tools, gear up with safety equipment, and then start smashing the items provided in your package.

  • Yes, safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary safety gear, including helmets, goggles, gloves, and coveralls. We also give a safety briefing before each session.

    Additionally, we follow all necessary safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.

  • We provide a variety of items such as plates, glassware, and small furniture. The items included depend on the package you choose.

  • Wear comfortable clothes with long sleeves, long pants and closed-toe shoes. We provide coveralls to wear over your clothes and other gear to protect you from debris.

  • Yes, you can bring your own playlist to enjoy during your session. We have a sound system where you can connect your device.

  • Periodically we will host events where customers can bring their own items. This is considered a special event. Items must be approved by our staff to ensure safety prior to smashing.

    Regular visits you cannot bring your own items to smash.

  • All participants must sign a waiver before engaging in any activity.
